Theros is a wine company making small batches of wine that the owners like drinking. Grapes from special vineyards are sourced to produce wines that burst with flavour in order to accompany food shared with the company of friends. Wine making ethos is influenced by several generations of grape growing and winemaking experience in Greece and Australia.
All wines are handcrafted from picking to bottling and made in a tiny winery in suburban Adelaide using low interference winemaking techniques without any filtration or fining.
The wine label artwork are paintings from Greek artist’s George Gavrilis collection who has been a long family friend.
