Crushed but not destemmed-fermented using wild yeast. On grape skins for 3 weeks. Maturation in French oak.

No fining or filtration used. Only sulphur added.

Medium bodied with a spicy and perfumed palate. Attractive black pepper and tomato paste notes. Easy drinking even as a young wine.
