60% Semillon 40% Muscat Blanc. Wild yeast fermentation in old French oak barrel. Bottled without any filtration or fining. Only sulphur added.

This is a zesty dry white with delicate floral aromatics. Notes of citrus and rose blossom. Easy to drink as an aperitif but also matched well with food.
